Buying your ticket

Tickets are only available to book through

There are up to 10,000 tickets available per event. Please bear with us if the process is a little slow. This is not through lack of tickets just the number of people wanting to buy.

All tickets are one price as we believe everyone should have access to theatre. If you feel you can afford it, you can make a voluntary donation in addition to your ticket purchase.


How many tickets should I buy?

You only need to buy one ticket per device. We want as many people as possible to enjoy this event and multiple people can watch on one screen. If you were thinking of buying multiple tickets for a single event, please instead, consider making a donation.


You will not be able to share your event registration with anyone who is viewing on a different device.

If you wish to view on multiple devices you require one ticket per device. To do this you will need to add an additional digital ticket using the email address of the person you wish to gift the ticket to. There is a limit of one ticket per email address.

All events will be live captioned. Each viewer will be able to turn on the captions within Zoom. Should you require any further assistance please contact


Questions from the auditorium

With every ticket purchased you will have the opportunity to ask a question of our stars. There will be a link in your digital ticket to do this. Due to time constraints we cannot guarantee your question will be included in the event.


Install Zoom on your device and create an account


You will need to create a Zoom account to attend this event. It is free to join and you can delete your Zoom account at any time after the event.

Your purchase

As the purchaser you will receive an order confirmation email.


Your digital ticket

A digital ticket will be sent within 15 mins of your order confirmation. This digital ticket will be sent to the email address you provided as the ‘recipient email’ at time of booking. This may be your email address or the email address of the person you are gifting the digital ticket to.

Please ensure this digital ticket has been received (by yourself or the recipient) as this is the email address the event invitation will be sent to before noon on the day of the event.

If you do not receive your digital ticket please check your spam/junk mail folder before contacting

You can buy digital tickets using Theatre Tokens and accepted credit/debit cards or PayPal.
