They’re available as physical gift cards or e-gifts, and they never expire.

Check your chosen venue’s page for booking details. You’ll need your Token Number and PIN.
You can use part or all of your balance. If your order exceeds the balance, simply pay the difference with a debit or credit card.

No. Theatre Tokens do not expire. Even vouchers issued as far back as 1984 remain valid, as long as they haven’t been used already.
Some older vouchers may need to be replaced for security reasons.

Yes – we can accept orders from outside of the UK but can only dispatch gift cards to a UK delivery address. This does not affect e-gift purchases which can be sent to any valid email address worldwide

Yes – we recommend registering your Tokens on our website. This allows us to trace your Token numbers using your email if they’re ever lost or stolen.

To exchange your One4all card for Theatre Tokens, simply follow the instructions below:
