The Assembly Hall is the largest of the WTM venues, boasting an audience capacity of over 900 guests. Primarily used for our larger scale music and comedy events, our Assembly Hall is also favoured by our hirers, and is home to most of our community events.
The historic building with its innovative technology ensures a truly unique and immersive experience for all, whether you’re coming to dance the night away at a music event or enjoying the sounds of the local orchestras. Its acoustics make it perfect for all genres of music, and the sprung floor is ideal for dancing.
With friendly bar staff and a distinctive interior, the Assembly Hall promises an exciting experience. As well as being home to a diverse programme of live events, the venue is also available to hire, meaning the community are brought together several times a year in a celebration of local talent.
While primarily a music venue, the Hall can transform into a space for exhibitions, conferences and even private functions, thanks to the versatility of the area.
The Assembly Hall is accessible and inclusive, and just around the corner from the Museum. It’s right near the main bus stops for all routes in Worthing, and is just a short walk away from Worthing Train Station.
