Getting an error message? Although you’ve been unsubscribed from our mailings, you may still have an account saved on our system. We have to keep account details for a set amount of time for a number of reasons i.e. to process any outstanding orders or to help you with a registered Token – you can read more about this in our Privacy Policy.
All you need to do is reset your password and you can update your mailing preferences in your account. Here’s a step by step guide:
1) Click on the LOGIN button at the top of this (and every other) page.
2) Click ‘Forgotten Password’
3) You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password – click it!
4) On the website you’ll be asked to provide a new password. Once it’s reset click to ‘continue’.
5) Now you’re logged in, head to MY SETTINGS and then MY DETAILS where you can update your email preferences.
