How to use Theatre Tokens

You can redeem Theatre Tokens either:

• Directly with the venue's box office (by email, phone, or in person) — find your nearest participating venue 

• Online at select venues — see full list

To redeem, you’ll need:

• Your 16-digit Token Number

• Your 4-digit PIN (under the scratch-off panel on back of your Token)

If redeeming in person, the theatre can scan your Token’s barcode/QR code.

You can use all or part of your Token balance. If your ticket costs more than your Token value, you’ll need to pay the difference with a debit/credit card.

New theatres are regularly set up to accept Tokens on their websites — sign up to our emails to stay updated.

Using paper Tokens

You can still use paper Theatre Tokens at all participating venues following the instructions above:

To redeem paper Tokens, you’ll need:

• Your Token Number (this may begin with two letters on some older Tokens, e.g. TT or XX)

• Your 4-digit PIN (under the scratch-off panel on the front or back of your Token)

If the PIN is longer than 4-digits use only the last four – ignoring any spaces or dashes.

My Tokens have no PIN

If your Tokens are more than 20 years old, they might not have a scratch-off panel with a PIN beneath.

These Tokens are still honoured, but we will need to update them for you.

Please email a picture showing the back of your Tokens to us at hello@theatretokens.com and we will email you a replacement e-gift.
