Dorking Station and Dorking Deepdene Station are a 10 minute walk from Dorking Halls and Dorking West is about a 15 minute walk. All stations are served by trains from both Victoria and Waterloo (approximately 45 minutes).
There is a pay and display car park behind Dorking Halls (free after 6pm). Additional parking is available after 6pm in the Mole Valley District Council car park opposite Dorking Halls.
Cafe is open Monday - Friday, 9am until last film/show starts serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea.

Dorking Halls is a culture and arts centre in Dorking town centre, Surrey. It has been presenting the arts across all genres to the community for over 85 years and is considered to be one of the more successful local theatres in the country.The venue was originally built in 1931 to host the Leith Hill Musical Festival, which featured Ralph Vaughan Williams’ interpretation of Bach’s St Matthew Passion. The venue has a statue of Williams in recognition of his work with the venue, which was unveiled by Williams’ wife, the poet Ursula Vaughan Williams. The purposeful design of the building by architect Percy W Meredith was made to stage a range of events. There are three halls within the building (hence the name): Masonic Hall, Martineau Hall and the larger Grand Hall. The last of these spaces can hold 900 people, and features a large stage for orchestras, choirs or big theatre productions.The council obtained the ownership of Dorking Halls following the Army’s use of the building during the Second World War. In recent years, the council has performed a major refurbishment on the venue and created a modern theatre space, cinema and conference room. It presents a wide range of theatre, music, arts and a popular annual pantomime.
