The Theatre Tokens scheme is administered by Society of London Theatre a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 527227) whose registered office is at 32 Rose Street, London, WC2E 9ET ("SOLT").

This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us will be processed by us. Please read the following Privacy Policy to understand how we use and protect the information that you provide to us.

SOLT respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. It is important that you read this Privacy Policy together with any other privacy notice or fair processing notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data. 2.   Data that we collect about you

2.3 Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with services). In this case, we may have to cancel a service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
