Show information
Kirpal Singh Panesar, a shining talent in the UK and recognised leading Tar-Shehnai and Dilruba performer, presents an evening that promises to be a musical soul-evoking experience, bringing light and spirit for all to share.
His music reflects a unique blend of influences from renowned masters such as Ustad Bismillah Khan, Ustad Surjeet Singh and Ustad Gurdev Singh. With the blessings of His Holiness Sri Satguru Jagjit Singh Ji, Kirpal embodies a musical identity that intricately weaves together diverse experiences.
Join us for an evening of music performed by Kirpal’s students. The second half will feature a solo recital by Kirpal.
Narinderjit Lallie will accompany Kirpal on Tabla. Narinderjit has been a keen student and teacher of tabla for over 30 years. He was blessed to have been guided by the legendary Pandit Shardha Sahai of the Benaras Gharana style of tabla.
