The Russian State Ballet and Opera House is back for its annual UK tour with spellbinding, lavish, full-production touring ballet. This year they are bringing to you the Mariisky State Ballet Theatre from central Russia.


Stafford Gatehouse Theatre is in the heart of Stafford, just seconds from the main shopping centre and central tourist attractions. It is less than 10 minutes drive from Junctions 13 and 14 of the M6 and can be found by following the theatre mask symbols on routes into the town centre. There are parking facilities a short walk away from the theatre and cycle racks are available outside the building.


There's a warm welcome at the Gatehouse Theatre cafe, open Mon-Fri 10am - 3pm, Saturdays 9.30am - 3pm.
Fully air-conditioned, with free Wi-Fi
The cafe offers a selection of hot beverages, along with muffins, scones, and cakes, and serves light lunches including jacket potatoes and Staffordshire oatcakes.


The bar will open 1 hour before the show.

Access Info

Wheelchair spaces are available and should be reserved with the Box Office when booking tickets so we can ensure all seating requirements are met. Carers who assist disabled customers can qualify for a 50% discount on most shows. There is lift access to the Gatehouse Theatre and ramped access to the MET Studio, as well as adapted toilets.
Seeing and hearing guide dogs are welcome.
