Supernatural dread and tabloid horror are tearing the City apart. Amid the chaos, Holmes and Watson act: A press conference tonight at 221B; attendance essential; truth will out.

Enter a many-layered immersive world. Journey from crime-soaked London to desolate Devonshire. Watch theatre, music, and fine dining bring Holmes’ greatest case – The Hound Of The Baskervilles – to life around you.

The Great Murder Mystery awaits…

The Lost Estate, located on 9 Beaumont Avenue, London, W14 9LP, is a two-minute walk from West Kensington Underground station. As a secret venue, the exterior is unassuming, not giving away the rich world concealed behind its doors. A simple black front door with a red velvet rope (on nights when guests are expected) is all passers-by are permitted to see.

Once inside, however, you are led through twisting, lamplit corridors hung with posters and news bulletins about the current unrest in 1890s London. Finally, you reach the door of 221B Baker Street. You are ushered through into the universe of Mr Sherlock Holmes, consulting detective. Each section is a representation of Holmes’ mastery and obsession. Plant samples, anatomical specimens, experiments at various stages of completion and of course the strains of his famous violin all add to the sumptuous yet sinister surroundings. It’s a space that can morph at a moment’s notice, from the pipe-smoke filled comfort of Holmes’ and Watson’s lodgings to the bleak Grimpen Mire of the Devonshire moors.

Intimate tables with tiffany lamps form concentric circles radiating from the centre of the space. Roving Champagne and martini carts speak to the elevated hospitality all guests are served with as the spectacle of The Hound of the Baskervilles unfolds around them.
