Southend is served by two mainline rail services and the same stations would be used for either theatre:

Fenchurch Street line (C2C): Use Westcliff station. The Cliffs Pavilion is a 5-minute walk away.
C2C Senior Rover Tickets available from just £5.00. More info
Liverpool Street line (National Express): Use Southend Victoria station. Both theatres are a 5-minute taxi ride away

By Bus

Cliffs Pavilion: A bus stop is located immediately outside the main entrance and is served by Stephensons of Essex who operates the No.17 bus five times in the morning and once in the afternoon Mon-Fri. There are no buses in the evening or at weekends.

By Air

London Southend Airport is located approximately 15 minutes taxi ride away from both venues and has its own railway station on the Liverpool Street - Southend Victoria line
