Pick a theatre and a show
Once you know which theatre you want to visit, you can click through to their website from our Where To Use page to see what shows are on. Alternatively, if you visit our Facebook page, we mention many of the shows you can use your Tokens to see and also we let you know when you can get more from your Tokens through special offers, or free workshops and Q&As.
Using your Theatre Tokens
- In Person at the Box Office of your chosen venue or at the TKTS booth in Leicester Square
- By Phone by calling the venue or ticket agent and quoting the security number on the Token
- By Post by calling the venue or ticket agent to reserve your tickets and then sending your Tokens by post or delivering in person.
Not all venues are able to accept via all three methods, so please contact the venue or ticket agent directly for more information. Contact details are available here.
Theatre Tokens cannot currently be used online to purchase tickets.
Please note: If the tickets and booking fee exceeds the value of your Theatre Tokens, the venue or ticket agent will advise on how to pay the remaining balance. We also advise anyone sending Theatre Tokens via the post to use a secure delivery method.
Looking for a Theatre Break?
You can use your Theatre Tokens towards the cost of a theatre break with our friends at Superbreak. Your Tokens can be used for up to 50% of the break’s value.

Using your Theatre Tokens in London?
The majority of London theatres accept reservations made with Theatre Tokens by phone. When you call to book your tickets, many theatres will ask you to quote a security number from your Tokens so that they can accept them instantly and issue your tickets.
If, for any reason, the theatre is unable to accept your Tokens in this way, they will ask you to post them or call in with them and will hold your tickets for an agreed time period until the Theatre Tokens are received.
When calling some theatres, you may be transferred to Ticketmaster who also accept reservations made with Theatre Tokens.
