Theatre Tokens Terms And Conditions

The Theatre Tokens scheme is operated by West End Theatre Managers Limited ("WETM") whose registered office is at 32 Rose Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2E 9ET.

Theatre Tokens may only be exchanged for tickets at participating theatres. See a list of participating theatres or call Tokenline on 0870 164 8800.

Tickets are subject to availability and a booking fee may apply. Theatres reserve the right to restrict the use of Theatre Tokens in respect of certain performances or events.

Theatre Tokens may not be exchanged for tickets already supplied, other goods or cash, and are not transferable for value.

The theatre box office must receive both parts of the Theatre Token. A Theatre Token without an audit stub is not valid.

If the value of the Theatre Tokens exceeds the price of the tickets (including any booking fee), change will be given as Theatre Tokens, unless the amount is under £1 when it will be given in cash. If the price of the tickets (including any booking fee) exceeds the value of the Theatre Tokens, the customer must pay the balance.

Theatre Tokens have no expiry date.

Cash refunds may be given in exceptional circumstances. Lost or stolen Theatre Tokens cannot be replaced.
