What are Theatre Tokens?
Theatre Tokens are gift vouchers which are exchangeable for tickets at more than 240 theatres across the UK, including London's West End.

I have found some old Tokens, can I still use them?
Theatre Tokens have no expiry date so you can use them forever as long as the secure scratch off panel on the front of the Token has not been removed.
Where can I buy Theatre Tokens?
You can buy them online or from Tokenline on 020 3011 0755 or in person from participating theatres or high street shops.

Is there a charge for post and packing?
There is a £1.75 (First Class) charge on orders less than £250 worth of Theatre Tokens. There is a £3.49 (First Class) charge on Gift Packs per order. Should you have any queries about the despatch date of your order or require any assistance please call the TokenLine on 020 3011 0755 selecting Option 1 during office hours.
Can Theatre Tokens be sent directly to the recipient?
Yes, we can send them directly to the recipient if you supply us with their name, address and an accompanying message. The recipient must live in the UK.
How quickly will my order be processed?
All orders are despatched on the next working day (Monday-Friday) by First Class Post. If you need a quicker service, we can despatch your order using Royal Mail Special Delivery - please note, this is a sign for service.The order would still be despatched on the next working day but would be guaranteed for delivery on the day following that by 1pm. The Royal Mail do not offer the Special Delivery service for delivery on Saturday or Sunday so orders placed on a Thursday would be delivered on the following Monday. We charge £6.00 for this service and you can take advantage of it by ticking the Special Delivery box when you place your order. Does it matter if the theatre tickets cost more or less than my Theatre Tokens?
No. If the tickets cost less than your Theatre Tokens, change is given. If the amount due is more than £1 you will receive your change in Theatre Tokens and if the amount due is less than £1 you will receive your change in cash. If the tickets cost more than your Theatre Tokens, you can make the additional payment using cash, cheque or credit/debit card.
Can I use Theatre Tokens to buy theatre tickets at the TKTS booth?
Yes, Theatre Tokens are sold and redeemed at the TKTS ticket booth in Leicester Square.
Do you accept orders from overseas?
We are unable to accept orders or dispatch Theatre Tokens outside of the UK, but overseas customers can purchase our official Tokens from our friends at First Bookshop via their website or by phone on 01262 604828.
What do I do if I want to swap my Virgin, Leisure, Sodexho SayShopping, Compliments Voucher (previously Capital Bond) and Post Office One4all vouchers for Theatre Tokens?
All you need to do to exchange any of the above vouchers for Theatre Tokens is post them (we advise using a secure delivery method) with a covering letter or note explaining that you'd like to swap your vouchers for Theatre Tokens to:

Provided they have not expired and are not damaged we will exchange them for the equivalent value in Theatre Tokens for you to use at any of our participating theatres.
Please supply your full name, address, postcode and a contact telephone number to us when you send your vouchers in so that we know where to send your Theatre Tokens to and in case of any queries. If you are sending in Virgin Vouchers please make sure the reverse of the Virgin Voucher has your name and signature on the back. Please note only Virgin, Leisure, Sodexho SayShopping, Compliments Voucher (previously Capital Bond) and Post Office One4all vouchers can be exchanged for Theatre Tokens and are subject to each voucher provider's terms and conditions.
Can I get a refund on my Theatre Tokens?
Any request for a refund must be made directly by the purchaser (and not the recipient) of the Theatre Tokens to the relevant issuing retailer of the Theatre Tokens. If you have purchased your Theatre Tokens directly from SOLT, you have the right to cancel this order and receive a refund, provided that the Theatre Tokens have not been redeemed and you do so in writing to us by completing a cancellation form within 14 days of receipt of your order.
