How To Use Theatre Tokens
Theatre Tokens can be exchanged for tickets at participating theatres, subject to availability.

They can also be used as part payment for theatre breaks with both:

Please note that the theatre box office must receive both parts of the Theatre Token. A Theatre Token without an audit stub is not valid.
If the Theatre Token has not been stamped by the issuing theatre or retailer, please ring Tokenline 0870 164 8800.
Theatre Tokens can be exchanged for tickets as follows:
By telephone
Many theatres accept reservations made with Theatre Tokens by telephone.
Some will ask you to quote a security number from your Token over the phone in order to accept it, some will hold reservations for a specific period of time until they receive your Tokens by post or in person. Other theatres require receipt of your Theatre Tokens before a reservation can be made.
Please contact the box office of your chosen theatre for specific instructions.
Please note that when telephoning some theatres you may be put through to Ticketmaster who are able to accept reservations made with Theatre Tokens.
Please note that Theatre Tokens cannot be exchanged for tickets through Tokenline.
By post
Write to the theatre box office enclosing your Theatre Tokens and stating your preferred performance date and time (and alternatives, if possible) and the number of tickets you require.
If the price of the tickets (including any booking fee) exceeds the value of the Theatre Tokens, please enclose a cheque for the balance.
In person
Take your Theatre Tokens to the theatre box office. You can also exchange Theatre Tokens for tickets for London theatres at the tkts ticket booths in Leicester Square and at Brent Cross (www.officiallondontheatre.co.uk/tkts).
**We recommend that Theatre Tokens sent by post should be treated
as cash and a suitable secure method of posting should be used.**
