We’re sure you’ll be delighted with your Theatre Tokens if you’ve received them as a gift but may be wondering how to go about using them.
Theatre Tokens Never Expire
Here’s what you need to know to make the most of your Theatre Tokens. They never expire so you’ll never find that you can’t use them. And wherever you are, you won’t have far to go to find a participating theatre. Theatre Tokens can be used at over 240 theatres across the country, including all of London’s West End.
First of all decide what you’d like to see and at which theatre. Then you simply need to get in touch with them to exchange your Theatre Tokens for tickets. You can do this over the phone, by post or in person.
You can also use your Theatre Tokens towards the cost of a theatre break with Superbreak or Theatre Breaks (up to 50% of the break’s value).
Using Theatre Tokens In London
If you decide to see a show in London, you can also use your Theatre Tokens at two tickets agencies (Lashmars and Albermarle).
The majority of theatres accept reservations made with Theatre Tokens by phone. When you call to book your tickets, many theatres will ask you to quote a security number from your Tokens so that they can accept them instantly and issue your tickets. If, for any reason, the theatre is unable to accept your Tokens in this way, they will ask you to post them or call in with them and will hold your tickets for an agreed time period until the Theatre Tokens are received.
When phoning some theatres you may be transferred to Ticketmaster who also accept reservations made with Theatre Tokens.
